Waterford Hot Tub and KOI Pond

The homeowners of this property wanted to create a highly-functioning recreational-type atmosphere both inside and out.  Architect, Kevin Rudeselli, created a seamless concept plan tying the two spaces together.  The walkout basement was designed to include a wet bar, pool-table, poker room and gym.  As you walk out of the basement doors, you are greeted by the sound of three waterfalls falling into the KOI pond.  You feel completely comfortable climbing into the in-ground hot tub because of the 6 foot stone privacy wall that surrounds you.

You open the redwood gate and are drawn around and up to the deck patio with its stone seat walls and fire pit.  Turning toward the deck, a stone wall encloses a grilling area and integrates the stone patio into the Brazilian Ironwood deck.

A pergola above the deck shades the house and outdoor dining area.  Plenty of carefully placed trees, shrubs and perennials help soften the hardscape and completes the outdoor garden rooms.
